Here you’ll get all the information about our prices and business conditions for a marvelous holiday in the South Tyrolean Mountains

• The prices are meant for rooms and day per person.
• The local tax about 2,50 € per person (14 years on) is not included in the price.

Terms and conditions
Services included:

• Bedclothes, towels
• Daily room cleaning
• The guest kitchen can be used free of charge from 3 days
• Use of the garden with ping-pong table and table soccer
• Use of the sun terrace with deckchair and grill
• Parking place
• WLAN

Additional Information:

• All of our holiday rooms are non-smoking

Reduction/ additional charge:

• Residence from 4 days on
• Residence for only one day: 10€ additional charge
• Residence for 3 days: 5 € additional charge
• Child’s bed (for a small extra charge)
• Pet: 10 € per day
• Double room for one person: 15 € additional charge
• Kids: 30% reduction if they sleep in the room of their parents

Check-in: 12:00 noon
Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

Conditions of payment:
The reservation is obligatory after getting the deposit transfer about 150,00 € on our account.
We’ll send you our bank connections with the reservation.

You can pay your residence by cheque or in cash.

Cancellation conditions:
If there is an annulation and we are not able to relet the room, you’ll have to pay the whole stay you booked.
If you come later or leave earlier or if you even don’t come you’ll also have to pay the booked rooms.

Trip cancellation insurance:
There can always happen something unforeseen. Therefore we recommend to make a travel cancellation insurance.
